BLI (Cisarua, September 2019) _Research and Innovation Agency (BLI) Ministry of Environment and Forests (KLHK) will hold a Technical Coordination Meeting (Rakornis) 2019 on 17-19 September 2019, at the Hotel Royal Safari Garden, Cisarua, Bogor. Rakornis will be attended by 250 participants consisting of elements of BLI unit leader, structural, coordinator of the Integrative Research and Development Plan (RPPI), researchers and staff of BLI scope. 

Raising the theme "Mainstreaming Research and Development in Management Decision Making for Environment and Forests", this Rakonis will be one means for strengthening BLI planning to support the achievement of the Government Work Plan (RKP) 2020 and BLI Strategic Plan 2020-2024. 

Rakornis which will run for three (3) days will be opened by the Head of Research and Innovation and begins with the inspiration phase with Pecha Kucha method. All participants of Rakornis will witness the 19 work units of BLI "Sharing Inspiration Best of Institutions Work" respectively. This phase will be followed by a phase of imagination to explore the potential of creativity of BLI, the innovation phase of the idea of ​​a change and the promotion of BLI, as well as the initiation phase of formulating the whole phase to build the future of BLI. 

At the opening ceremony Rakornis, will launched FORDA Report Line application, an application of delivery and monitoring the scope of the reporting documents of BLI. The next agenda is landing preparation for Work Plan and Budget (RKA) in 2020 as well as material on Strategic Direction of KLHK Policy in Support of RPJMN KLHK 2020-2024 by the General Secretariat and Strategic Development Direction on  Environment and Forests by Bappenas. 

In this activity, participants will follow the dissemination of the concept and implementation of Bureaucratic Reform Act of the National System of Science and Technology, Information Systems on Official Foreign Travel, socialization of the Official Papers and State Property Management (BMN) in an Effort to Maintain Normal Opinion Without Exception (WTP), as well as budgetary policy in 2020. 

Momentum of this  Rakornis can also be used to jointly undertake the preparation of workload analysis (ABK) from 2020 to 2024, the evaluation of the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of BLI in the period of 2015 to 2019 and 2019 performance evaluation and discussion on the scope of risk management maturity of BLI. 

Rakornis series event will end with the delivery of the draft Work Plan and RKA K / L BLI in 2020 by Secretary of State for Research and Innovation to the entire head unit as well as readability formulas Rakornis of  BLI.***(DP)
