P3H (Sukabumi, 29/12/2015)_In the end of 2015, Forest Research and Development Center (PHH) held a employee coaching in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. This activity was aiming to improve employee working motivation in the new era of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry organization. The center is the amalgamation of Conservation and Rehabilitation Research and Development Center and Forest Productivity Improvement Research and Development Center.

FORDA (Bogor, 04/01/2016)_In order to utilize oil palm stem which was wasted after fruiting time, the stem is either impregnated for solid products or veneer sliced for plywood. For impregnated product, the middle part of oil palm stem which is soft and perishable is impregnated by resin to bulk and crosslinked with stem cell. Resin is impregnated by vacuum pressure process to create stronger and more durable oil palm stem for construction material.
