Comparison Study to BP2TA Ciamis, BPH VI Central Java Consults on Bamboo Agroforestry
BP2TA (Ciamis, 29/6/2018). On a comparison study, a team of Extension Agents and Forest Farmers Group from Forest Management Agency (BPH) VI Central Java visited the R&D Center for Agroforestry (BP2TA) Ciamis, last Tuesday (26/6/2018). To the researchers of BP2TA Ciamis, the entourage from BPH VI Central Java, is consulting on bamboo agroforestry.

A Mean to Disseminate R&D Results, Institutional Social Media Should Be Maximized
BLI (Bogor, 28/6/2018). Institutional social media is a mean to disseminate R&D results and it should be maximized. This is said by the Head of Forest R&D Center, Dr. Kirsfianti Ginoga as the caretaker of R&D and Innovation Body (BLI) during the opening of training/coaching of social media synergy by the Public Relation Bureau, Minister of the Environment and Forestry (KLHK) at the BLI Secretariat Meeting Room, Thursday (28/6/2018).

Purun Weaving as a Peat Conservation Effort in Banjarbaru
BP2LHK Banjarbaru (Banjarbaru, 25/6/2018). Purun weaving has been an effort of peat conservation, this was said by Safinah S. Hakim, lead researcher to R&D Center for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Banjarbaru, who explained that there are 3 functions of purun in peatland; ecologically, economically, and culturally.

Empowering The Community, Innovation of Tabah Bamboo Products are Developed at KHDTK Rarung
BP2THHBK (Mataram, 21/6/2018). Various innovation of bamboo products will soon be developed in Forest Area with Special Puproses (KHDTK) Rarung funded by CSR from CIMB Niaga Bank. The development conducted in the area managed by the R&D Center for Non-Wood Forest Product Technology (BP2THHBK) is done to empower the communities surrounding the forest.

The Community Forest Development at DAS Babak – Lombok is Improving Environment Quality
BP2THHBK (Mataram, 21/6/2018). Between 2007 – 2015, there has been improvement in environment quality as impact of Community Forest (HKm) development at Babak Watershed (DAS). This was stated by Ryke Nandini, a researcher to R&D Center for Non-wood Forest Product (HHBK) in her dissertation “Watershed (DAS) Babak, Lombok Island Based Model of Community Forest Development”.

A researcher to the R&D Center for Dipterocarps Forest Ecosystem (B2P2EHD) Samarinda, Dr. Rizki Maharani was asked as one of the resource person during a show called “Indonesia Membangun” for the "Doyo as a Heritage" at TVRI (a national state-owned TV station) broadcasted in Tuesday (19/6/2018) on 09.30 Western Indonesia Time or 10.30 Central Indonesia Time.

Supporting IKLH at National Priority Tourism Area, P3KLL Samples Mandalika’s Sea Water
P3KLL (Serpong, 11/6/2018). The development of coastal and marine area into port and marine tourism will definitely affecting its natural condition. To learn about the sea water quality at the Mandalika Marine Tourism Area, as one of the coastal development, a team from R&D Center for Quality and Environment Laboratory (P3KLL) conducted sampling on May 8-11, 2018.
