BLI Press Tour: PLTMH for the Community Livelihood and Forest Conservation
BP2LHK Makassar (Bulukumba, 04/2018). To introduce the innovation of BP2LHK Makassar, the institution held a Press Tour on April 18-19, 2018 themed “PLTMH for The Community Livelihood and Forest Conservation”. BP2LHK Makassar has produced a very useful innovation for the community who haven’t served any electricity due to their geographical difficulties.

TP2I Shares “Success Tips as Researcher During ASN Era”
BP2LHK Aek Nauli (Aek Nauli, 20/10/2018). To improve researcher performance, Dr. Dra. Enny Widyati, M.Si member of Institutional Researcher Assessment Team (TP2I) of R&D and Innovation Center (BLI) conducted socialization and shared “Success Tips as Researcher at ASN Era” to researchers of Center of R&D and Forestry (BP2LHK) Aek Nauli. The event conducted at BP2LHK Meeting Room, Aek Nauli last Thursday (19/04) was also attended by R&D engineers and HR staffs.

KSDAE Directorate General Appreciates Cooperation Among Parties in ORC Management

USG Training for Elephant Research and Conservation at Aek Nauli
BP2LHK Aek Nauli (Aek Nauli, 19/04/2018). To support the implementation of elephant research and conservation activities in Aek Nauli, LHK R&D Center (BP2LHK) Aek Nauli held an Ultrasonography (USG) Equipment Training on Elephant for two days on April 17-18, 2018. The training was joined by participants from BP2LHK Aek Nauli, Veswicc, and North Sumatera BBKSDA.

Visited Balitek KSDA, Head of Center for Primate Studi IPB Discussed Cooperation Opportunity
Balitek KSDA (Samboja, 04/2018). Head of Center for Primate Study (PSSP) IPB, drh. Huda S. Darusman, Ph.D and Prof. Sri Suprapti Masjoer visited Center for R&D Natural Resources Conservation Technology (Balitek KSDA) at Samboja, last Sunday (08/04). The visit was commenced one day after the general lecture and MoU signing between Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University with PSSP-IPB and the IPB Primatology Study Program.

Developing Kampung Iklim Program, DWP BLI Works With Village Government and CSR Indocement
BLI (Bogor, 23/4/2018). Dharma Wanita Persatuan Center for R&D and Innovation (DWP BLI) in contributing in developing the kampung iklim (Climate Kampung) program in Bantarjati Village, Kelapanunggal Sub-District, Bogor District. The form of support given by DWP BLI is by utilizing the resources to strengthen the capacity building of communities through special program of planting the less productive land and other programs, plus education with the community.

Dharma Wanita Persatuan BLI Launches Cendana Unit Waste Bank
BLI (Bogor, 20/04/2018). In commemorating the Earth Day, Kartini Day, and supporting the KLHK’s Three Month Free Waste, Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of Center for R&D and Innovation (BLI) inaugurated the “CENDANA” unit Waste Bank at the DWP BLI Secreatariate, Jl. Gunung Batu No. 5 Bogor, last Friday (20/04). In her speech, Nelly Agus Justianto, DWP KLHK Head, said, “This event is one of our working program, initiated since the beginning of January 2018.”
