BP2LHK Aek Nauli (Aek Nauli, Februari 2018). Focusing the reseach and development activities to be done in 2018 by researchers is the goal of this event. This was said by Head of Research and Development for Environment and Forestry Body (BP2LHK) Aek Nauli, Pratiara, S.Hut, M.Si in his opening speech to the 2018 Research/Development Operasional Plan Discussion (ROP) held in the Auditorium of Library Building 2nd floor, last Thursday (22/02).

Research Partners, R&D Engineer, Need to be Actively Involved in Composing Scientific Papers
BP2LHK Kupang (Kupang, Februari 2018). As research partners, R&D engineers (Teklit) should be creative in collecting credit numbers, one of which through scientific papers. This was stated by Ahmad and Hariyanto, Teklit of R&D Center of Forest Products and Forestry, as Teklit Assessor Team from R&D and Innovation Body (BLI) during the discussion and experience sharing of Teklit at the BP2LHK Kupang Meeting Room last Friday (23/02).

Former Director General of BPDAS-PS Hoped Balitek DAS to be a Beacon of DAS Management R&D
Balitek DAS (Solo, Februari 2018). Dr. Ir. Harry Santoso, former Director General of Watersheds Management and Social Forestry (BPDAS-PS), Minister of Forestry (2010-2012), stated that Regional Watersheds Management R&D Center (Balitek DAS) Solo, as one of the Technical Implementer Unit (UPT) under the R&D and Innovation Body (BLI) should be able to lead the way on developing R&D needed for DAS management.

BP2LHK Banjarbaru Joins the Consortium to Expand Paludiculture Action Research, Based on Peat Hidrology Union
BP2LHK_Banjarbaru (Banjarbaru, Februari 2018). With another 6 institutions that work together with Peat Restoration Agency (BRG), R&D Center for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Banjarbaru joins the Consortium to Expand Paludiculture Action Research, Based on Peat Hidrology.

To Guide Extension Workers and Farmers, BP2LHK Palembang Published a Guidebook on Tembesu Cultivation
BP2LHK Palembang (Palembang, Februari 2018). One of the plants that possess high economical value and is widely cultivated in the Southern part of Sumatera is Tembesu (Fagraea fragrans Roxb). To be successful, Tembesu cultivation should implement the correct planting and cultivation principles. To guide both extension workers and the farmers, BP2LHK Palembang published a Guidebook on Tembesu Cultivation.

Education Tourism, 216 Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda Students Visited Balitek KSDA
