Visiting BP2LHK Manado, Commission IV DPR RI Appreciates the Birth of Anoa and Support its Conservation Efforts
BP2LHK Manado (Manado, November 2018). An entourage of Commission IV of House of Representatives of Republic of Indonesia (DPR-RI) visited the R&D Center for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Manado, last Thursday (1/11/2018). The visit was a part of a recess visit to North Sulawesi and BP2LHK Manado had the honor as the first place that they visited.

Outing Class with An Environmental Insight, SMP IT Al Fityan Gowa Visited BP2LHK Makassar
BP2LHK Makassar (Makassar, November 2018). R&D Center for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Makassar was visited by 140 8th grader students and 10 teachers from Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMP-IT) Al Fityan Gowa, last Wednesday (31/10/2018) for their outing class event themed “Implementing an Environment Friendly Character”.

Held at the Office Hall, last Wednesday (24/10/2018), R&D Office for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Banjarbaru, hosted an employee briefing, attended by all staffs. Sharing experiences related to E-Kinerja (e-performance) and E-Peneliti (e-researcher), Ani Susilawati, SP, M.Sc from R&D Office for Swamp Area Farming (Balittra) Banjarbaru attended as the resource person.

BP2LHK Kupang (Kupang, Oktober 2018)_Diundang sebagai narasumber, dua orang peneliti BP2LHK Kupang menyampaikan kuliah umum di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kupang, Senin (15/10/2018). Kedua peneliti tersebut, yaitu Siswadi, S.Hut., M.Sc dan Heny Rianawati, S.Hut, masing-masing menyampaikan tentang apa dan bagaimana manfaat tanaman faloak dan cendana.

Presenting Research Results on National Seminar, BP2LHK Manado and SEAMEO BIOTROP Support Nawacita on Forestry Sector
BP2LHK Manado (Manado, Oktober 2018)_R&D Center for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Manado in cooperation with SEAMEO BIOTROP (Southeast Asian Regional Centre for Tropical Biology) hosted a National Seminar, last Wednesday (24/10/2018). Themed “Improving Synergies on Natural Resources Management Efforts”, the seminar that is attended by Forestry stakeholders, was appreciated by invitees as it is highly relevant with the current conditions.

SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Outing Class to BP2LHK Aek Nauli
BP2LHK Aek Nauli (Aek Nauli, Oktober 2018). SMP IT Nurul Ilmi Medan is having an annual routine program for their 9th Grader students, an outing class. As in previous year, the 2018 outing class was once again held at the R&D Center for Environment and Forestry (BP2LHK) Aek Nauli last Wednesday.

AIKO and Xylarium Bogoriense Featured on 8th Indonesia Climate Change Forum & Expo 2018 in Medan
